Welcome to Eriu Forest Bathing

Embrace the tranquility of nature. Whether you seek solace or inspiration, let the whispers of the forest guide you on your journey of discovery. Unwind, breathe, and connect with the essence of the present moment. Nature is here to soothe your soul.

Living in this fast paced, modern world can be challenging at times and taking the time to connect with nature and reconnect with ourselves can be immensely nourishing for body and mind.

“Essentially, we belong beautifully to nature. The body knows this belonging and desires it.”

John O’Donohue
