Originating in Japan in the 1980’s, Shinrin Yoku translates as ‘forest bathing’. Over 30 years of research has scientifically proved the health benefits of this practice:

This can be experienced in a small group over a 2-3 hour session or on a one on one basis over a 1-2 hour session in one of the many wonderful ancient woods around Cork. No prior experience or fitness level is required but please get in touch if there are any mobility issues.
